By being employed by a leading lawyer, Khun Sathienraphong soon found that he was employed in a wide variety of legal proceedings, and whilst this was mainly related to business activity, it also included property conveyencing (transfer), and litigation work. After six years of gaining some extremely valuable experience, he decide to set up his own office in Pattaya, which he correctly envisaged as one of the most vibrant economies in Thailand.

     Accordingly he opened his first office nine years ago, in Jomtien Beach, with three staff members, and with hispast experience of Pattaya, he began to accumulate a grawing number of valued clients. 

The last ten year period in Thailand has seen a huge boom in the real estate market, but retirees wishing to settle here need sound advice on their visa requirements, and even more so if they are considering the purchase or long term rental of property within Thailand.          Similarly to real estate growth, the manufacturing and services sector has also gained strength, so this has seen a flood of foreign technology come into the Kingdom,  with the creation of many new business entities, and Khun Sathienraphong Khumnon has some very important clients in this field.
